“Lagoonfest Texas” at PAL™ Lago Mar project: exclusive aquatic entertainment experience

In the heart of Texas, the Lago Mar project has made an unprecedented impact since its inception. Developed under the innovative Public Access Lagoons™ model, also known as PAL™ developments, this complex has transformed the lifestyle of this state thanks to its monumental 5-hectare crystalline lagoon with Crystal Lagoons® technology, which has become the epicenter of family entertainment, fun, and aquatic life in the region.
The success of this initiative is undeniable. It has positioned Lagoonfest Texas as the preferred summer destination and set a record by hosting the largest number of floating cabins in North America, totaling 22. Furthermore, it’s a project that experiences explosive visitation. Last year, the Lagoon welcomed over 80,000 visitors from all states.
The magnitude of this crystalline lagoon is equivalent to 50 Olympic-sized swimming pools, spanning over half a kilometer from end to end and offering white sandy beaches that stretch for over a kilometer and a half. It’s worth noting that this lagoon is nearly six times larger than Crystal Lagoons’ first amenity in Texas, known as Balmoral. Both projects were developed in association with Land Tejas.
Surrounding it are extensive white sandy beaches and a beach club that offers multiple activities for all ages. During Lagoonfest Texas, people can enjoy water sports without needing to travel beyond their backyard, such as kayaking, paddleboarding, swimming, inflatable obstacle courses, and water slides, as well as enjoying bars and restaurants. Lago Mar has also been frequently featured in the press as one of the best attractions in the Houston area.
PAL™ projects transform any site into a year-round entertainment hub with more than 125 activities that can take place in the lagoon itself or its surroundings. These include water sports with and without an engine, inflatable parks, trade shows, dining, weddings, beach parties, concerts, flow boarding, quatrefoil, cable parks, paddleboard yoga, water slides, cliff jumping, mapping shows, water light shows, water curtain animation, outdoor cinema, corporate events, floating cabanas, etc.
