Crystal Lagoons to build a man-made lagoon in Egypt’s North Coast

Egyptian property developer Tatweer Misr has signed its second contract with multinational water innovation company Crystal Lagoons to establish a man-made crystal-clear lagoon in North Coast.
The new crystal-clear lagoon will be established at Tatweer Misr’s Fouka Bay flagship in North Coast, on a space of around 100,000 square metres.
Ahmed Shalaby, Tatweer Misr’s Managing Director, said Sunday that the partnership with Crystal Lagoons would provide an added value to the country’s real estate development sector.
About Fouka Bay, Shalaby further added that the project’s construction works include bridges, roads, and utilities networks.
“We target delivering the units of the first phase within December 2018,” he noted.
Crystal Lagoons is an international innovation company, founded by scientist Fernando Fischmann, which has developed a patent-protected technology that allows the construction and maintenance of unlimited-size crystal clear lagoons at very low costs.
