16 December, 2024 / News

Crystal Lagoons continues to revolutionize urban development in Brazil, a strategic market for the multinational water innovation company in Latin America, with the signing of a new Master Agreement with Ecipsa Group. This agreement includes the development of ten new projects in Brazil, reinforcing the transformative impact of Crystal Lagoons® technology in the region’s largest economy and bringing the total to 55 projects in various stages of development and negotiation in the country.

These new projects will bring Brazilian cities a year-round idyllic beach lifestyle, featuring monumental crystalline lagoons surrounded by white sandy beaches, suitable for swimming and water sports such as paddleboarding, kayaking, and sailing, all within a safe and sustainable environment.

This is the second master agreement between Crystal Lagoons and Ecipsa in Brazil, following the success of their initial agreement, which focused on n developing real estate, hybrid, and Public Access Lagoons®, also known as PAL® development, projects in the state of São Paulo, the country’s most important region, whose capital is the fourth-largest city in the world.

Brazil has become a key market for Crystal Lagoons in Latin America, highlighted by emblematic projects such as “Brasil Beach Cuiabá Home & Resort,” the country’s first crystalline lagoon located in Mato Grosso, and the exclusive “Ponta da Figueira” complex, developed in partnership with Melnick-Even, one of Brazil’s leading real estate developers.

PAL® complexes stand out for their versatility and are ideal settings for significant events such as concerts, fairs, exhibitions, and weddings. They offer unparalleled scenic beauty thanks to their monumental crystalline lagoons with turquoise waters, illuminated at night to create a magical atmosphere. The projects can also incorporate Eco-Heated Lagoons technology, which allows lagoons to be heated without energy so they can be used year-round, even at night.
