Crystal Lagoons project at Lake Nona in the run to become Florida’s iconic performance resort

This is a major deal between Crystal Lagoons US, Corp. and Tavistock Development Company, a subsidiary of Tavistock Group, to develop an 11-acre recreational, manmade lagoon with crystal clear waters that will be a centerpiece of a new, luxury resort-development within the 7,000-acre development of Lake Nona in Orlando, Florida. This will be the largest planned Crystal Lagoons in the U.S. to date.

The 11-acre Crystal Lagoon will be part of a new, luxury resort development located nearLake Nona’s emerging sports innovation and performance district featuring the United States Tennis Association’s ‘New Home of American Tennis,’ the largest tennis complex in the world with more than 100 courts.

Recently acclaimed by FORTUNE Magazine as a model for the next great American city, Lake Nona is one of the fastest growing communities in America attracting more than $2.8 billion in construction across 7.1 million square feet with the development of two new hospitals, three college campuses, a nationally recognized medical research institute, the USTA’s ‘New Home of American Tennis’ and thousands of new homes. Crystal Lagoons is an international innovation company, founded by scientist Fernando Fischmann, which has developed a patent-protected technology that allows the construction and maintenance of unlimited-size crystal clear lagoons at very low costs.
