Argentinian newspaper Clarín highlights Crystal Lagoons’ mega-project in Buenos Aires
9 December, 2016 / NewsPopular Argentinean newspaper Clarín has recently devoted an article to Terralagos, Crystal Lagoons’ mega-project for Buenos Aires.
The mega-development is located in Canning, Ezeiza, and it offers residents the chance to enjoy an idyllic beach lifestyle all year-round due to a 5-hectare crystal clear lagoon surrounded by beaches. This allows residents to enjoy an idyllic Caribbean-like holiday experience, but within Buenos Aires.
Terralagos also has plenty of areas for development and condo units. Furthermore, the project also includes 10 tennis courts, 2 football fields, a hockey pitch, mini-golf and sports facilities for basketball, football and volleyball.
“Our crystal clear lagoons have been a great success in Argentina. This is a unique and novel concept that provides a huge competitive advantage for developers and it is positively disrupting real estate markets everywhere we’ve introduced this concept and technology. To offer people a beach lifestyle on their doorsteps in places far away from the coast is unprecedented and it changes people’s lifestyles”, stated Francisco Matte, Crystal Lagoons Commercial Director.
Crystal Lagoons has already five projects in development stages in Argentina, including Terralagos: Lagoon Pilar, Remeros Beach, Lagoon Hudson and Acquavista, apart from projects that the company plans to put in motion in the near future in Mendoza, Rosario and Mar del Plata.
Crystal Lagoons is an international innovation company, founded by scientist Fernando Fischmann, which has developed a patent-protected technology that allows the construction and maintenance of unlimited-size crystal clear lagoons at very low costs.
