Oak Hills: Crystal Lagoons New Project that Revolutionizes South Carolina

Crystal Lagoonsredefines the recreational landscape of South Carolina, USA, with the launch of its new Oak Hills project, which will transform Columbia, the state capital and a landlocked city, into an iconic destination offering an idyllic beach life. The development will feature a 4.8-acre crystalline lagoonsurrounded by white sandy beaches. It will be a hybrid complex with private areas for residents and tourists staying at a luxury hotel and a public access area, accessible to all through ticketed entry, which will have all the features of the Public Access Lagoons® model, also known as PAL® developments.

The project will offer first-class entertainment and recreation infrastructure, including spaces such as restaurants, terraces, parks, sports areas, an event peninsula, and an exclusive children’s area. This multifunctional complex will become a new regional attraction.

The project forms part of an agreement with Contender Development, Broadstreet, Inc., and Blue Lagoon Development LLC. to develop four complexes in the state. “The Crystal Lagoons® at Oak Hills will provide exceptional, safe, and enjoyable recreational spaces for all ages.
