Crystal Lagoons Solé Mia Project To Bring Beach Lifestyle To Most Exclusive Area of Miami

Bal Harbor, Miami’s most important urban sector, is soon have a real estate project that will revolutionize the real estate market in the area. Solé Mia is a partnership between Crystal Lagoons with LeFrak and Turnberry Associates, formed by two of the most important families in the United States. LeFrak, one of the most prestigious real estate firms in the US, has over 400 buildings, yet this remains a significant project for the firm: it is the first development in which they have invested in outside the New York area. According to the specialized website, LuxExposé, the investment is estimated to be at 4,000 million dollars.

The complex consists of two crystalline lagoons, both suitable for swimming and water sports, which are surrounded by white sand beaches. Once inaugurated, the size of the lagoons will be equivalent to 21 Olympic swimming pools. Additionally, the development is located in a privileged location facing the sea in the area of ​​Bal Habour, north of Miami. Designed to include 4400 residential units, the development is designed to reconfigure the landscape of North Miami, transforming it into a striking destination for local residents and international visitors.

Crystal Lagoons amenities in real estate projects, such as Solé Mia, have proved to strongly increase the value per square meter and in terms of sales. For example, another of the firm’s developments, Balmoral in Texas, recently broke sales records in terms of growth during 2018, with an increase of 345%.

Other projects that are currently being developed in Florida by the innovation multinational are Epperson, Tampa; Lake Nona in Orlando; and Avenir which totals 5000-acres in Palm Beach Gardens. It also highlights the first Public Access Lagoon (PAL) project, Jungle Island, also in Miami, which is situated in one of the main theme parks in the United States. It is currently under construction.

Crystal Lagoons is an international innovation company, founded by scientist Fernando Fischmann, which has developed a patent-protected technology that allows the construction and maintenance of unlimited-size clear water lagoons at very low costs.
