Crystal Lagoons is developing the most luxurious project in its history in the paradisiacal destination of Thailand. The US-based multinational company is designing a 7-hectare crystal clear navigable lagoon that will be the main amenity of a highly luxurious residence complex of 90 villas located in Hua Hin.

With traditional Thai architecture, the complex is being designed by the renowned Japanese architect Kengo Kuma, and considers an investment of US$450 million. All the luxurious residential units will have direct access to the crystal clear navigable lagoon.

The initiative is being developed by Crystal Lagoons, in partnership with PACE Development, Thailand’s premier luxury real estate developer that recently went public with great market success.

The project consolidates Crystal Lagoon’s expansion in South East Asia, were the firm also boasts projects in Singapore, Indonesia and the Philippines.

“Thailand’s crystal clear lagoon is so strategically located that it will represent an immense benefit for us, because it will be the key place to continue expanding our concept and technology to all of Asia, which is one of our main markets, in addition to providing prestige to our project portfolio”, said Kevin P. Morgan, CEO of Crystal Lagoons.
