Since April, Windsong Ranch in Prosper, Texas, has broken home sales records after sales records, including the community’s most homes sold in a day, in a week and in a 30-day period. Lifestyle offerings, such as Crystal Lagoons® water amenity which anchors the real estate development, have made this an award winning development.

“Our community has a unique and diverse lifestyle offering. We reach every age and demographic with exciting, interesting and engaging events and opportunities to come together. Even during this time of physical distancing, our residents know the meaning of community and embrace the creative ways we bring people ‘together,’” said Craig Martin, President of Tellus Group.

“The Lagoon is the perfect example. It spans 5 acres, feels just like a Caribbean vacation and is just outside our residents’ front doors.”

Award-winning development

Prosper was the first city to include a Caribbean beach-like freshwater lagoon powered by Crystal Lagoons® technology to its amenity offering. Windsong Ranch has been showcased by several media outlets because of its amenities which include 30 miles of wide walking, hike-and-bike trails, pocket parks, large event lawns and esplanades, a full disc golf course, mountain bike course, among other unique features.

These amenities are also the reason Windsong Ranch was recognized by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) as one of the nation’s top master-planned communities for the second consecutive year. It picked up “Lifestyle Director of the Year”, “Master-Planned Community of the Year”, “Best Community Signage” and “Best Lifestyle Program of the Year.”

Crystal Lagoons is an international innovation company, founded by scientist Fernando Fischmann, which has developed a patent-protected technology that allows the construction and maintenance of unlimited-size clear water lagoons at very low costs.
