American real estate developers publicly recognize Crystal Lagoons’ added value during one of the US’ most important real estate fairs

At the 2015 ULI Fall Meeting, Crystal Lagoons hosted a Real Estate Networking Luncheon featuring an expert panel of leading U.S. developers who have already implemented the world’s top amenity in their master-planned communities, mixed-use projects, resorts and hotels.

Guests heard from Jim Zboril of Tavistock Development Group, Greg Singleton of Metro Development Group and Eduardo Romo of Diamante Golf and Country Club on the impact that Crystal Lagoons has had on their projects.

These top developers explained how Crystal Lagoons has significantly increased the value of their real estate projects through increased home prices, room rates and sales velocity.
