Project of Crystal Lagoons in Dubai moves forward with record sales

Residents from more than 35 nationalities will enjoy a Crystal Lagoons amenity at the Riviera project, which the multinational water innovation company is developing in Dubai. The complex, which has set several records, is progressing rapidly.

The project, in partnership with one of the UAE’s leading real estate developers, Azizi Developments, will have a 13-hectare crystalline lagoon as its centerpiece and its latest phase has sold more than 40% of its units in record time, with growing interest from local and international investors.

The main attraction of the complex will be the crystalline lagoon powered by Crystal Lagoons® sustainable technology, which, with its 2.7 kilometers long, will extend throughout the entire project.

The development is a French Mediterranean-inspired residential and commercial project located in one of Dubai’s most sought-after neighborhoods, Mohammed Bin Rashid City (MBR City). This megaproject will feature the world’s largest Crystal Lagoons amenity with 40 hectares of turquoise waters, which will extend for seven kilometers and will be surrounded by green areas, pathways and white sandy beaches.
