Playa Turquesa project: a dream world paradise with a crystal clear lagoon

The prestigious newspaper “Los Tiempos” has recently covered Crystal Lagoons’ project in Santa Cruz de La Sierra, describing it as a real paradise of dream world beaches that will feature the world’s second largest crystal clear lagoon with an extension of 12.8 hectares.

This will be possible thanks to the innovation multinational Crystal Lagoons’ technology that makes possible to develop economically feasible giant crystalline lagoons suitable for swimming and water sports.

The world’s largest lagoon, also developed by Crystal Lagoons, is in Dubai and it has an extension of 40 hectares.

Playa Turquesa’s crystalline lagoon will be located at the centre of the real estate project that will have an extension of 180 hectares. It will also have an spring, beach areas, recreational facilities, club house, gym, and areas devoted to the practice of water sports.

“Playa Turquesa is the only real estate project in Santa Cruz in which it will be possible to enjoy a lagoon without agglomerations. It is more than 126 thousand cubic meters of crystalline waters”, Pablo Undurraga, Playa Turquesa commercial manager said.

On his part, Francisco Matte, Crystal Lagoons’ commercial director said that “to bring this tropical paradise, its crystalline waters and idyllic beach lifestyle to the people of a Mediterranean country is something Crystal Lagoons feels proud of”.

Crystal Lagoons Corp. is an international innovation company, founded by scientist Fernando Fischmann, which has developed a patent-protected technology that allows the construction and maintenance of unlimited-size crystal clear lagoons at very low costs.
