8 May, 2023 / News

The economic growth of Paraguay has positioned the country as an attractive destination for tourism and real estate investment. Its strategic location, favorable climate, and growing demand for world-class amenities, such as crystalline lagoons, have made Paraguay a relevant market for Crystal Lagoons. Particularly, the developments of Public Access Lagoons™ have been highly embraced in this country.

Paraguay is currently the second most important regional market for the multinational water innovation company following Argentina, and where it is driving the most projects. In this country, Crystal Lagoons has consolidated its success with projects in the regions of Hernandarias, San Bernardino (Aqua Village), and Pedro Juan Caballero (Blue Lagoon), among others. Recently, it inaugurated Costa del Lago in Hernandarias, and in the coming months, the Aquaterra project in Luque will open. All these projects in partnership with Raíces Real Estate.

Aquaterra is a residential real estate project of almost 123-acre located in Luque, on the outskirts of the Paraguayan capital, Asunción. It has a 6,6-acre crystalline lagoon developed with Crystal Lagoons® sustainable and patented technology and has an 8,200 m² white sand beach area, restaurants, a gym, sports areas, among other services. Aqua Terra contemplates 437 single-family lots, divided into 4 neighborhoods and houses with a view of the lagoon.

PAL™ developments are characterized by monumental crystalline lagoons surrounded by white sand beaches.
