The popular news network NotiMex.com has recently covered Crystal Lagoons serving as case study for two of the US’ most important universities: the MIT and Babson College.
It is such the interest that Crystal Lagoons has raised in the most prestigious academic and scientific research centers worldwide, that the world’s main referent in terms of innovation, Jay Rao, is the person that leads the Babson’s research project “Crystal Lagoons: Innovation & Growth” about the exportation model of this technological innovation, patent-licensed in 160 countries, and its scalable business design worldwide.
Babson College is not the only academic institution that has approached Crystal Lagoons’ outstanding globalization story. The Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), as part of its MIT GoLab program, is developing a case study about this multinational company taking into consideration the exportation value of Crystal Lagoons’ unique concept, which will become part of the MIT’s Executive MBA (EMBA).
It is worth mentioning that Crystal Lagoons’ chairman and founder, Fernando Fischmann, has been invited as speaker to the US’ main academic centers, such as Harvard University, The MIT, Babson College, University of California Berkeley, among others.
Apart from that, he is part of the main scientific research centers of the world, such as Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft from Germany, in which he currently is a board director.
The publication also underlines Crystal Lagoons’ expansion in Mexico, where they have already planned a 5 thousand million dollar investment.
Among the already finished and work-in-progress projects in Mexico one can mention Cabo San Lucas, Foresta, Vista Azul, Veracruz, Apodaca, Acapulco, Yucatán, Cancún, Albaterra, Punta Gorda, Playa del Cármen and Hacienda Paraíso, among many others.
The company even moved its exhibition center from Chile to Mexico a while ago, specifically to the Diamante project at Cabo San Lucas.
Crystal Lagoons Corp. is an international innovation company, founded by scientist Fernando Fischmann, which has developed a patent-protected technology that allows the construction and maintenance of unlimited-size crystal clear lagoons at very low costs.
