Lagoon Pilar: A real estate development with idyllic beach lifestyle

27 January, 2015 / News

Lagoon Pilar, project developed by Crystal Lagoons in partnership with Grupo Monarca, in northern Buenos Aires, has a 3-hectare crystalline lagoon. This lagoon with idyllic beaches applies Crystal Lagoons’ concept and technology that allows creating wide crystalline water spaces. This system has been patented in more than 160 countries and it has more than 300 projects in different development stages, in more than 60 countries, such as: U.S., Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Jordan, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Peru, Paraguay, Uruguay, among others.

This technology uses environmentally friendly and low costs of maintenance methods. The lagoon will use up to 10 times less water than a golf course, being a unique and sustainable amenity for its moderate water and energy consumption. Crystal Lagoons’ technology has been certified by “Chile Verde”, initiative supported by the Chilean government and classified by UNESCO as “Green Technology”.

The 27-hectare Lagoon Pilar project will have more than 8000 units composed by 126 lots and 720 apartments with 1,2,3 and 4 rooms, from which more than 400 have been already sold. Lagoon Pilar offers payment alternatives with credit fees of 24, 30, 36 and even 48 months.

“We think Lagoon Pilar is a unique and different project. Its attractiveness: a 3-hectare crystalline water lagoon suitable for the practice of water sports for all ages, surrounded by palm trees beaches and docking areas. Lagoon Pilar offers an ideal environment for the families that enjoy the beach lifestyle and a unique investment opportunity, at just 30 minutes from Capital Federal”, states Mariano Galeazza, Grupo Monarca’s Opperations Manager.

Located in Pilar’s fastest growing area, Lagoon Pilar proposes an idyllic Caribbean beach environment and a very high quality of life, without losing the great city services: shopping, cinemas, schools, supermarkets, banks, and commercial centers.
