International Press Highlights Crystal Lagoons first project in Thailand

Innovation multinational Crystal Lagoons‘ entry into Thailand is making headlines in the international press. Noted regional newspaper Kom Chad Luek featured “MahaSamutr Country Club & Luxury Villas” Crystal Lagoons’ entry in the kingdom and Thailand’s most luxurious real estate project.

The project, that has a 6,3 hectare lagoon as its centerpiece, is located in Hua Hin, approximately 230 kilometers south of the capital Bangkok. The new complex, that will be developed in a surface of 19.5 hectares, was designed by the famed and renowned Japanese architect Kengo Kuma, a world eminence in the field, with relevant projects in all of Japan, Asia, the United States and Europe.

The initiative is driven by Crystal Lagoons in partnership with  real estate firm Pace Developments, the market leader and the most important developer of high luxury homes in Thailand, that recently successfully went public. The project will have 80 ultra luxurious villas that will preserve all the characteristic traits of the country’s architecture, 58 of them are being bought by traditional families and renowned local businessmen, with another 22 to be bought and used with the timeshare modality. In addition, the project has a luxurious Club House with a view to the beach, plus 22 rooms administered by the noted Ritz Carlton hotel chain.

Crystal Lagoons is an international innovation company, founded by scientist Fernando Fischmann, which has developed a patent-protected technology that allows the construction and maintenance of unlimited-size crystal clear lagoons at very low costs.
