First images of Crystal Lagoons’ “Golf Porto Marina” project come to light

Crystal Lagoons keeps growing throughout the Middle. This time, the Miami-based multinational company is announcing its fourth project in Egypt, nation where the firm already boasts the world’s largest crystal-clear lagoon, at Sharm el Sheikh.

 

The new Egyptian project of Crystal Lagoons has been named “Golf Porto Marina”. Located in northern Egypt, the complex represents a US$ 345-million investment and its main amenity will be a 5.9-acre crystal-clear lagoon.

 

“Golf Porto Marina” is being developed by Crystal Lagoons, in partnership with the Egyptian holding Amer Group. The project considers two thousand residential units and the only 18-holes golf course in Egypt’s northern coast. The latter has been designed by Ray Hearn, one of the world’s most important golf course designers.

 

The feature also expands on Crystal Lagoons successful growth throughout the Middle East and Northern Africa by partnering with some of the most prestigious real estate firms of the region. Up until now, the company totals over 40 projects in different development stages, in countries such as the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Jordan, Saudi Arabia. Just in Egypt the firm has four projects, two already in operation and other two in development.

 

 Crystal Lagoons Corp. is an international innovation company, founded by scientist Fernando Fischmann, which has developed a patent-protected technology that allows the construction and maintenance of unlimited-size crystal clear lagoons at very low costs.
