Crystalline Lagoon boosts Houston project sales
22 July, 2022 / NewsThe crystalline lagoon of the Sunterra project has become the main attraction of this development and is responsible for its meteoric success in sales. Today, this development is the number 1 in sales in Houston and the 8th nationally in the United States.
This is confirmed by the Real Estate Consulting (RCLCO) report that highlighted the 50 most sold projects in this country during the first half of 2022.
Sunterra, a master-planned community being developed by Crystal Lagoons with real estate developer Land Tejas, is anchored by a large 3,5-acre turquoise lagoon and white sandy beaches. When completed, it will become the fourth largest lagoon in the Houston area. This body of water developed with Crystal Lagoons® sustainable technology will bring beach life to this community, allowing families to enjoy multiple swimming, relaxing and water sports activities, such as kayaking, paddle surfing, among others.
The project will feature 2,200 homes surrounding this amenity in Houston’s exclusive Katy Mills area, famous for its world-class schools and connectivity to the Great Houston area.
Land Tejas
Crystal Lagoons partnered in 2017 with Houston-based Land Tejas to build comprehensive real estate projects focused on crystalline lagoons. In 2018, the first man-made lagoon was inaugurated in the Balmoral community, followed by Windsong Ranch, Lago Mar, and Sierra Vista.
All of these real estate developments have been among the best sellers in the country, in large part because their differentiating element is the huge turquoise lagoons created by Crystal Lagoons. The Balmoral and Lago Mar projects have won design awards; and consistently rank among the highest-rated master-planned communities in America.
