Crystal Lagoons Windsong Ranch Project In Prosper On Track To Open In Coming Weeks

Crystal Lagoons® is currently filling what will be North Texas’ first — and so far only —amenity in Prosper, which is set to open in June. It is just one of Crystal Lagoons real-estate projects to enjoy significant sales success and to have received significant distinctions. In fact, just this year, Windsong Ranch, located in north Dallas, received 4 of the most prestigious awards conferred by US building unions.

The 5-acre man-made crystalline lagoon anchors the 2,000-acre Windsong Ranch community on U.S. Highway 380, west of the Dallas North Tollway.

The lagoon, which will open in June, has been under construction since last year, and is currently being filled with water.

Crystal Lagoons, a multinational company that creates sustainable crystalline lagoons of limitless size, will also include a white sand beaches for sunning, while the turquoise lagoon will allow for watersports including boarding, windsurfing, sailing, diving and kayaking.

As part of a 3,000 home master-planned community, the beach area and lagoon will only open to residents.

Windsong Ranch developer, Tellus Group, decided to add Crystal Lagoons idyllic lagoon as an amenity to attract residents to the 5-year-old residential community.

The multinational currently has 110 projects in different phases of development across the US, totaling US$ 53.4 billion. They are distributed across 22 states.

All Crystal Lagoons developments currently for sale appear with-in the top 50 most sold in the US, according to “Top-Selling Master-Planned Communities 2018”, which RCLCO real estate advisors conducts on a yearly basis.

Crystal Lagoons is an international innovation company, founded by scientist Fernando Fischmann, which has developed a patent-protected technology that allows the construction and maintenance of unlimited-size clear water lagoons at very low costs.
