Crystal Lagoons Will Host the USA’s Most Important Real Estate Event

Thanks to its consolidation and success in the USA, Crystal Lagoons was elected to be the host of the main activity to be carried out in the annual meeting of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the most important real estate event in the United States.

The activity will be held from October 5 to 8 in San Francisco, California. During the event the innovation multinational will lead the “Networking: Panel Session: Crystal Lagoons Lunch”, where it will present its worldwide success case.

The organizers stressed that “this panel’s attendees will learn how the world’s top amenity increases the value of real estate projects, increasing home prices, room rates, and sales velocity”. The same American developers that have partnered with Crystal Lagoons will speak on the relevance of the crystalline lagoons for their projects.

This is the third consecutive year that the innovation multinational is invited to speak in the annual meeting of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the premier organization and platform for the real estate sector in the United States that brings together the leading real estate developers and sector players in the country.

In the United States, Crystal Lagoons currently has eight projects under development and another 35 in different stages. Included in the company’s future projects are two 4 hectare lagoons that will be built next to residential buildings in a 4 billion dollar project in North Miami, and a giant 4.5 hectare lagoon in a master planned community in Orange, Florida. The company is also making headway in Texas and California, as well as in Arizona, where it expects to build a public beach, said Uri Man.
