Crystal Lagoons takes part on important Egyptian real estate show

Carlos Salas, Crystal Lagoons Middle East Regional Director, recently hosted companies from four key projects in Egypt, including Azha, Monte Galala,White Bay Saheel and Ein Hills at the Egypt Property Show (EPS), which was held from May 5-7 in Dubai World Trade Centre.

During the show, which was billed as the first premium Egyptian real estate show, Carlos met with all four to underline the partnership and commitment to providing the state-of-the-art Crystal Lagoons technology and bringing idyllic waterfront living to each residential and tourist development.

The Egyptian real estate sector witnessed strong growth between 2013-2015. 2015 alone witnessed a 30% increase in property investment, and in 2016, it grew even further with no signs of stopping with the launch of more than 15 new projects and the introduction of new developers.

The aim of EPS is to display and highlight the beauty of Egypt and its properties and projects to those abroad, while emphasising the security and safety of the country and the potential ROIs in it, particularly in the real estate sector.

The expo was the first in a series of exhibitions which will also be held in many cities in the region and around the world.

The three-day show was strategically chosen to launch in Dubai, as it is the home of many Egyptian expatriates and Arab investors.

Crystal Lagoons is an international innovation company, founded by scientist Fernando Fischmann, which has developed a patent-protected technology that allows the construction and maintenance of unlimited-size crystal clear lagoons at very low costs.
