Crystal Lagoons strengthens its presence in the Middle East with new projects in Dubai

Crystal Lagoons continues its expansion in the United Arab Emirates with a new contract with Dubai state-owned company Nakheel. This new agreement forms part of the government’s wider Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan for the Mohamed Bin Rashid City-District One area of the city, which is already renowned for its 60-hectare crystalline lagoon.

This new contract will add three new real estate projects and thousands of residential units that will transform the urban landscape of this area of the city by adding 26 more hectares of crystalline lagoons.In Dubai the multinational company has almost 100 hectare of crystalline lagoons under development or in operation.

Crystal Lagoons® technology has added significant urban and economic value to this city, with major projects such as Mohamed Bin Rashid City- District One and also Tilal Al Ghaf, a high luxury residential complex built by the Middle East’s leading real estate developer, Majid Al Futtaim. The project has led sales and values per m² in the UAE in certain periods.
