Crystal Lagoons Solé Mia Amenity Generates Significant Leasing Activity

12 August, 2019 / News

Solé Mia in North Miami, developed by Crystal Lagoons® together with two of the most prestigious real estate families in the U.S., is a residential development that has hit leasing records when it leased more than 80 percent of the newly completed East Tower in just a few months.

A US $4 billion development on 184 acres at 15055 Biscayne Blvd., Solé Mia is one of South Florida’s most anticipated mixed-use developments. It is anchored by a 7-acre swimmable crystalline lagoon powered by Crystal Lagoons pioneering technology.

The clear turquoise lagoon, which is the first of its kind in Florida, recently opened and is already extremely popular with residents. The development also offers an array of amenities, such as a pool deck with a spa and cabanas, a fitness center, a yoga studio, outdoor dining and grilling areas, business center and fitness trail.

This is not the only Crystal Lagoons project to create waves. In June, Lake Nona, in Orlando, ranked in the No. 36 spot among top home-selling master-planned communities in the U.S., according to a list by RCLCO Real Estate Advisors.

Crystal Lagoons is an international innovation company, founded by scientist Fernando Fischmann, which has developed a patent-protected technology that allows the construction and maintenance of unlimited-size clear water lagoons at very low costs.
