Multinational water innovation company, Crystal Lagoons®, has been named in a national ranking of top-selling communities conducted by real-estate advisors, RCLCO. All real-estate developments included in the Master-Planned Communities list saw over a 6% sales increase compared to 2018. The Balmoral development, in Texas, and Lake Nona, Florida, both are both featured. Balmoral saw a 16% sales rise.
Developed by forward-thinker Fernando Fischmann, Crystal Lagoons has a total of 110 amenities in different stages of operation, planning, design and construction across the country. These breathtaking turquoise water destinations are revolutionizing the real-estate market and adding substantial value to the communities where these lagoons are present. Balmoral is no exception.
The Balmoral development is anchored by a Crystal Lagoons amenity, while two white sand beaches provide different levels of fun and relaxation as well as a grotto, a serenity beach designed for grown-ups and a family beach boasting cabanas and loungers. The amenity village includes a clubhouse and terrace. The monumental lagoon provides different water sport activities such as swimming, paddle and kayak, in a Caribbean inspired environment all year long.
Lake Nona, a truly one-of-a-kind destination, is advancing rapidly and is currently in the filling process. Considered an innovative community focused on sustainable design, healthy living and groundbreaking gigabit fiber optic technology, it also ranked #15 among the 50 top-selling master-planned communities of 2018.
Crystal Lagoons, present on all five continents, has a strong presence in the U.S., and has at least 7 crystalline lagoons to open in the near future, namely Section 31, California; Lago Mar, Texas, Esplanade, Pittsburgh; Avenir, Mirada, Lake Nona and Southshore Bay all in Florida.
Crystal Lagoons is an international innovation company, founded by scientist Fernando Fischmann, which has developed a patent-protected technology that allows the construction and maintenance of unlimited-size clear water lagoons at very low costs.
