Crystal Lagoons project is a success in Uruguay3 November, 2014 / News
Crystal Lagoons is developing its first project in Uruguay in Solanas Vacation Club complex, one of the best and most exclusives resorts in Punta Del Este, which has turned into a success. This is an avant-garde and unprecedented proposal developed in the iconic beach side in association with Grupo Solanas, one of the most relevant real estate touristic holdings in South America, with more than 30 years of experience and with operation in Argentina, Uruguay and Brazil.
With an investment of US$ 140 million, the resort will have a navigable crystalline lagoon of 3 hectares in size and with heavenly beaches of great space and that will be surrounded by private boutique neighborhoods. With 690 units, “Design Village” has houses especially designed to keep natures’ harmony, and “Green Park Private Club” with high standards apartments.
This partnership between Solanas and Crystal Lagoons will enhance the tourism expansion chances of Punta del Este, given that its beach border has been heavily densified. The Chilean innovation makes inner zones attractive, allowing the expansion of the tourism-real estate capacity that will enjoy all the privileges of the Uruguayan coast.
