Crystal Lagoons Project Is Finalist In Texas Association of Industry Awards

Windsong Ranch, a project developed by Crystal Lagoons® in conjunction with Tellus Group LLC, has once again been named finalist, this time delivered by the Dallas Builders Association. The development has received multiple awards during the last few months, along with the 4 conferred by the National Association of Builders of the United States, in the categories “Best Lifestyle Director”, “Master Planned Community of the Year”, “Lifestyle Program”.

In this sense, Windsong Ranch is applying for the Dallas Builders Association award in 5 categories: “Best Logo”, “Best Welcome Center”, “Best Architectural Design”, “Master Planned Community of the Year”, and “People’s Choice Community of the Year”. These last two are considered particularly prestigious within the industry, particularly since the complex is classified finalist in all real estate projects of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex of over 7 million inhabitants.

Popularly known as the “McSam Awards”, they recognize the most interesting developments in the competitive Texan real estate market. In fact, Windsong Ranch, anchored by a 4.6-acre crystalline water lagoon powered by Crystal Lagoons technology, has been consistently presented with prestigious awards by different builders associations in the United States.

In fact, the project has been particularly benefited by the crystalline lagoon, which are the amenity that customers value the most when purchasing a property. Additionally, this type of amenity increases the value per square meter and accelerates sales speed.

The winners will be informed on April 13th, during a ceremony in which all of the city’s top developers will be present.
