Crystal Lagoons in Pakistan changes the quality of life in cities

4 September, 2023 / News

Urban infrastructure and entertainment alternatives have become a central theme in Pakistan’s development. For this reason, Ary Group -the leading business holding in the country with a presence in the Middle East, Europe, and North America – identified in Public Access Lagoons™ projects, also known as PAL™ developments, a replicable and scalable model of urban entertainment. This is due to their diverse spaces for hosting events, launches, fairs, food halls, weddings, concerts, day clubs, etc., in a paradisiacal environment with multiple settings, such as beaches, peninsulas within illuminated lagoons, terraces, transparent domes, a wide range of gastronomy, retail stores, beach clubs, amphitheaters, and recreational and cultural activities.

This is what the inhabitants of Karachi, the largest city, main seaport, and financial capital of Pakistan, will be able to enjoy. The first Crystal Lagoons project in Pakistan is located here. It is Ary Laguna DHA City, South Asia’s first residential and commercial complex. “The crystalline lagoon in Gujranwala will be the largest in the world and will completely change the quality of life in the city,” highlighted ARY Laguna’s President, Salman Iqbal.

It is a large-scale and truly unique real estate development, with its main feature being anchored by 9 hectares of tropical beaches and a crystalline lagoon developed with Crystal Lagoons® sustainable technology, which will become an icon of the city.

Around the crystalline lagoon are apartment buildings with views of the monumental body of water, luxury villas, penthouses, a shopping area, restaurants, three mosques, and green areas. Crystal Lagoons’ entry into the Pakistani market was realized in partnership with the Ary Group holding. Both companies signed a master agreement to carry out 15 Public Access Lagoons™ projects in the Asian nation, in the major cities of the country: Karachi, Islamabad, Lahore, Faisalabad, Peshawar, Rawalpindi, Multan, Sukkur, Gujranwala, and Larkana.
