Crystal Lagoons’ project in Córdova makes progress with top-selling numbers

Acquavista, Crystal Lagoons’ third project in Argentina, is now 50% complete and it has become a total sales success, according to Eduardo Bersano, director of Artemisa, developer who the multinational innovation company partnered with to develop this project.

The new complex is being developed in Argentina’s second largest city, Córdoba, located beside the Carlos Paz highway, in a 73-hectare land site and it will host a 3.5-hectare crystal clear lagoon and more than 700 family lots.
Crystal Lagoons’ arrival to Córdoba was made possible thanks to the partnership agreement with businessmen Sergio Villella and Eduardo Bersano. Both lead one of Argentina’s most important real estate firms and they have a career of more than 16 years in the development and commercialization of successful real estate projects.

This new project will represent a total investment of US$ 70 million and its main attraction is a dream world crystal clear navigable lagoon with private white sand and palm trees beaches, recreating the unique environment of the other Crystal Lagoons’ projects in Argentina and the rest of the world, this time in the city of Córdoba.

In fact, this is the third crystal clear lagoon in the contry with these characteristics and the first one out of Buenos Aires. The lagoon will let the residents and visits to practice any kind of water sports and to enjoy of a tropical paradise at the heart of the city, all year round.

This new development is focused on high-profile sectors. It is Crystal Lagoons’ third project in Argentina, after “Terralagos” and “Lagoon Pilar”, and the first one out of Buenos Aires and it joins a series of new projects Crystal Lagoons is planning for cities such as Rosario and Mar del Plata.

Crystal Lagoons Corp. is an international innovation company, founded by scientist Fernando Fischmann, which has developed a patent-protected technology that allows the construction and maintenance of unlimited-size crystal clear lagoons at very low costs.
