Opening of AquaTerra: Fourth crystalline lagoon in Paraguay

Paraguay is currently the second most important regional market for Crystal Lagoons, after Argentina, and the one where the company is promoting the most projects. It currently has 18 in different stages of development and recently inaugurated the AquaTerra, crystalline lagoon, the fourth project in association with the firm Raíces Real Estate, in addition to Costa del Lago, in Hernandarias, which also opened its doors this year. Other developments with Raíces are Aqua Village, San Bernardino, and Blue Lagoon, Pedro Juan Caballero.

AquaTerra is a residential real estate project of almost 123 acres located in Luque, on the outskirts of the Paraguayan capital, Asunción. It has a 6,6-acre crystalline lagoon developed with Crystal Lagoons® sustainable and patented technology and has an 8,200 m² white sand beach area, restaurants, a gym, and sports areas, among other services. Contemplates 437 single-family lots, divided into 4 neighborhoods and houses with a view of the lagoon.
