Crystal Lagoons Opens First Of Two Lagoons In Bolivia

Recently inaugurated, Mar Adentro is the first of two residential real estate projects in Bolivia to include Crystal Lagoons® amenities, thus consolidating the firm’s presence in the country. The multinational water innovation company, founded by the biochemist Fernando Fischmann, is renowned for its unique technology that allows for the development of crystalline lagoons of unlimited size. These also include white sand beaches and turquoise waters, with low construction and maintenance costs.
Located in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, in the area of Urubo, Mar Adentro is anchored by an immense body of water, transforming the local landscape into a breathtaking environment of turquoise waters that can be enjoyed throughout the year.
Its sales success confirms the preference for residential areas with spaces for relaxing, swimming and the practice of water sports, especially in Mediterranean areas, where they create microclimates, improve the landscape and allow to live and recreate in a safe environment for all to enjoy.
Mar Adentro, with its 8,5-acre lagoon, has exponentially increased its prices and surplus value thanks to the lagoon, generating a substantial difference with the competition.

The firm is set to inaugurated later this year yet another lagoon in the same region, known as Playa Turquesa.
