Crystal Lagoons’ manmade lagoon in Dubai will be the first of many world records

The renowned financial Middle East publication “Business ID” highlighted Crystal Lagoons’ megaproject in Dubai that will feature the world’s largest crystal clear lagoon and will break other five world records too.
Meydan One is the name of this luxurious project that was officially launched last week during an exclusive event in London.
Located at the heart of Dubai, Meydan One is a joint venture between Crystal Lagoons and Meydan Development Group that will break not one, but six world record.
Crystal Lagoons, Miami based innovation multinational, has been in charge of designing what will be the world’s largest crystal clear lagoon and this complex main attraction. With a total area of 40 acres, this gigantic lagoon will surpass San Alfonso del Mar in size, the company’s iconic project that currently holds the Guinness World Record on this category.
Apart from that, Meydan One will also break other five world records: there is the world’s tallest residential tower and highest 360-degree observation deck (711 meters), highest restaurant (675 meters), largest dancing fountain (420 meters) and longest indoor ski slope (1.2 kilometers long and 180 meters high).
The first stage, out of four, of the crystal clear lagoon of this complex is already operative and it is expected that the whole complex will be finished by 2020, just in time for the Dubai 2020 World Expo.
Crystal Lagoons Corp. is an international innovation company, founded by scientist Fernando Fischmann, which has developed a patent-protected technology that allows the construction and maintenance of unlimited-size crystal clear lagoons at very low costs.
