Crystal Lagoons Invited to International Intellectual Property Protection Seminar

Crystal Lagoons was invited to present as a success story in intellectual propertyprotection at the international seminar “PCT y el patentamiento de chilenos en EE.UU.” organized by the National Institute of Industrial Property (INAPI) and the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Javiera de la Cerda, Senior Vice President of IP and Research and Development at Crystal Lagoons, represented the company. “We are very focused on protecting our patents and other intellectual property once it is registered. Therefore, we are careful to safeguard our intellectual property through different legal instruments and systems in each market and to research, monitor, and control our intellectual property rights worldwide”, explains De la Cerda.

The event, which brought together leading U.S. intellectual property experts, highlighted the importance of protecting technological innovations on a global scale. Crystal Lagoons, with over 2,900 patents in 180 countries, stands as a model of commitment to intellectual property defense, ensuring the protection of its unique technology worldwide.
