Crystal Lagoons inaugurates its first project in Brazil

The innovation multinational company, Crystal Lagoons, linked to Fernando Fischmann, will inaugurate during the days to come its first sustainable crystal clear lagoon project in Brazil. The lagoon will be the main attraction of the real estate project Brazil Beach Cuiabá Home & Resort, located in Cuiabá city.

The project that is being developed in partnership with BC Genera considers 1.308 homes, houses and apartment units, and a massive and navigable 2.1-hectare crystal clear lagoon. The project’s total investment is US$ 200 million.

The Cuiabá is the first of three projects that Crystal Lagoons plans to close in that country, in partnership with BC Genera. A second housing development will be placed at Mato Grosso do Sul state and it will have 700 residential units, while the third one will be in Brasilia and it considers 1.350 residential units. Both of them will include large crystal clear and navigable lagoons.

Up to date, the company has 15 projects in different development stages in Brazil, all of them in partnership with the main real estate developers of that country.
