Crystal Lagoons inaugurates its first project in Paraguay

At the end of the year, Crystal Lagoons, innovative firm belonging to Fernando Fischmann, will open its first project in Paraguay. This is Blue Lagoon Amambay, located in the city of Pedro Juan Caballero, which will begin operating in December this year as planned.

Ernesto Figueredo, director of Raices Real Estate, local partner and responsible for carrying out the development, said that “Blue Lagoon will be settled on 86 hectares and includes 500 home lots in addition to tall buildings for departments.”

The firm also promotes another resort in Paraguay. This is Aqua Village, located in the city of San Bernardino which already has a 65% complete. “Aqua Village, which is scheduled for March 2015, will offer an impressive infrastructure of approximately $ 8.5 million investment,” added the manager.

Regarding the prices per m2, Figueredo estimated to sell at $ 135 for Aqua Village and $ 150 for Blue Lagoon Amambay.

He added that there are still lots available in both projects and the company offers up to 4-year term for self-financing or alliances with Itaú and BBVA banks for longer terms.
