Crystal Lagoons Inaugurates First Project in Thailand24 February, 2016 / News
Crystal Lagoons, the innovation multinational that develops limitless-size sustainable crystal clear lagoons worldwide, made its debut in Thailand with the country’s first crystalline lagoon in the real estate “MahaSamutr Country Club & Luxury Villas” project, the most luxurious in the South East Asia kingdom.
The project stands out for the high degree of innovation employed, obtaining unique and differentiating characteristics that position it as the residential development with the region’s highest added value. One of the main attractions is that all of the high luxury houses have direct access to the 19.5 hectare navigable crystalline lagoon, with a privileged view, immediate access to the turquoise waters and the possibility of practicing several nautical sports from the villa’s garden. Additionally, an important part of the housing units is located inside the body of crystalline water forming an island, setting a milestone in the worldwide real estate market by being the first project with these characteristics.
“Mahasamutr is our first project in Thailand and we are expanding our concept and technology in all of Thailand, as well as in Asia. We see great potential in the country, and we see this region being one of our main markets in the near future. Up to now, our technology has been very well received by many leading real estate developers in Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Korea, with over 10 projects being explored”, said Jaime Rivera, Crystal Lagoons Regional Director for Asia. “Our focus is not only on real estate, and we are setting a new trend in the development of urban, public and industrial projects all over the world.” continued Jaime
“Mahasamutr will doubtlessly attract the interest of real estate investment funds, developers and architecture studios, that are constantly searching for innovative technologies that add value to real estate developments.”, concluded Jaime
Crystal Lagoons is an international innovation company, founded by scientist Fernando Fischmann, which has developed a patent-protected technology that allows the construction and maintenance of unlimited-size crystal clear lagoons at very low costs.
