The multinational innovation company is strengthening its position in the region with new projects in Paraguay, bringing the dream of an idyllic beach lifestyle to any place in this country, a key market along with Brazil, Chile, and Argentina.
Marenais the new project that exemplifies Crystal Lagoons’ success in Paraguay. Located in Luque, near the capital, Asunción, this development has achieved unprecedented sales success, surpassing 45% of units sold in its first stage. This figure demonstrates the great interest in Crystal Lagoons® technology.
Marena is powered by Crystal Lagoons and its commercial partners, the real estate companies Eydisa, from Paraguay, and Castex, from Argentina. This project joins the 18 projects that Crystal Lagoons has in different stages of development and negotiation in the Paraguayan market, including cities such as San Bernardino, Pedro Juan Caballero, and Hernandarias.
“The artificial lagoons with Crystal Lagoons® technology are well recognized in Paraguay, and Marena is creating a unique and unrepeatable project in the middle of the city.
