Crystal Lagoons consolidates its presence in Peru with a new residential mega-project in Arequipa province. “Hacienda La Joya” is a first-home complex that features a Crystal Lagoons’ lagoon as its attraction. Located in San Isidro, La Joya district, the residential development will be built on a 405-hectare land site, and 3.5 hectares of that will be part of the navigable crystal clear lagoon, which people will be able to enjoy year round thanks to the privileged weather of the area.

With a total investment of US$ 60 million, “Hacienda La Joya” is being built in partnership with Real Inmobiliaria y Constructora. The renowned architecture firm Berclay & Crousse is in charge of the design of the project.

In the 3.5-hectare lagoon people will be able to practice any kind of water sports: from swimming to kayaking. In its surroundings, people will be able to rest at wide white and palm trees beaches.
