First U.S. man-made lagoon “Breaks Ground” In Texas
27 April, 2016 / NewsCrystal Lagoons U.S. CEO Uri Man was in Texas this week for the oficial groundbreaking ceremony of “Bayside”, a $1 billion-dollar mixed-use lake-front development that will have the first man-made lagoon powered by Crystal Lagoons® technology in Texas.
Mayor of Rowlett, Texas, Todd Gottel, Developer of Bayside Kent Donahue, and Crystal Lagoons U.S. CEO Uri Man joined more than 200 guests, media outlets and community officials to unveil the exciting new project, which is the first man-made lagoon to officially “break ground” in the U.S.
“We look forward to bringing a man-made lagoon powered by Crystal Lagoons® technology to Texas in partnership with Bayside Land Partners,” said Crystal Lagoons U.S. CEO Uri Man. “Texas is one of the most important markets for us, and we are opening an office in the Lone Star State in order to serve the growing demand we have seen from the real estate community here. In Texas, Bigger is Better and the World’s Top Amenity will be the centerpiece of several master planned communities in Houston, Austin and Galveston.”
Crystal Lagoons is an international innovation company, founded by scientist Fernando Fischmann, which has developed a patent-protected technology that allows the construction and maintenance of unlimited-size crystal clear lagoons at very low costs.
