With Crystal Lagoons “The Caribbean comes to northern Peru”

Crystal Lagoons and the real estate holding Quantum partnered to develop a 2,5-hectare crystalline lagoon for the Flamencos Condominios & Resort project, located in northern Peru, specifically in the city of Huara.

Thanks to this crystalline lagoon “the Caribbean comes to northern Peru” Quantum, the real estate company, explains. Apart from the lagoon, Flamencos Condominio & Resort will have more than 50 hectares of green areas, sports zones and they will be just 15 minutes away from the city of Huacho.

In the lagoon of this exclusive luxury second home resort it will be possible to practice a wide variety of water sports and children will be able to have fun in an aquatic theme park that has waterslides and recreational games.

The complex will also include sports fields for the practice of many disciplines, cycling routes, and two club houses with spa. The project will be located near natural paradises such as the salt lagoons of Totoritas and Medio Mundo, and just a few minutes away from sacred cities such as Caral, Áspero, Bandurria and Vichama.

Peru is a promising market in which Crystal Lagoons bet year ago with projects such as “La Joya” at La Jolla de Asia. This super luxurious resort that is located minutes away from Lima already has a dream world 5.5-hectare navigable crystalline lagoon surrounded by private beaches of white sand. The company is currently developing other projects in different areas of that country.
