Crystal Lagoons Balmoral Development In Houston Makes National Top Seller List

According to real-estate advisory RCLCO, in total, nine Houston area communities made the nation’s top 50 list. All nine local communities had combined sales of 4,204 homes in 2019, up 15 percent from 2018. Crystal Lagoons® first real estate project to be inaugurated in the Texas, Balmoral, was one of them.

Since it opened in 2018, Balmoral has seen huge success and quickly came to be known as an escape to a tropical paradise without venturing far from home, the perfect place to enjoy while on “staycation”.

Crystal Lagoons is an international innovation company, founded by scientist Fernando Fischmann, which has developed a patent-protected technology that allows the construction and maintenance of unlimited-size clear water lagoons at very low costs.
