Crystal Lagoons® amenity in Texas will open to the public

19 May, 2021 / News

One of the Houston´s main attractions will open to the public for a limited time later this month. In fact, the lagoon powered by Crystal Lagoons® technology located in Balmoral project, will offer turquoise-blue water, multiple white sand beaches and frozen cocktails – just in time for the summer heat.

The crystalline lagoon at the Balmoral community in Humble will open to the public for a summer kickoff event on May 31-June 6. The 2-acre oasis is typically only accessible to residents but is offering the lagoon lifestyle to Houstonians for $20 a ticket.

The tickets include access to the lagoon, beach volleyball, lawn games and a putting green. Water activities and premium seating are available at extra cost and include cabanas, beach umbrella set-ups, stand-up paddleboards, Hobie boards, kayaks and an inflatable trampoline. A kid’s cove, family beach and a serenity beach are also on site.

Balmoral, a major master-planned community in Houston, Texas, was the state’s first real estate development to include a Crystal Lagoons® amenity. Since its inauguration in 2018 it has had a continued sales success and has had to expand into more lands.

This reflects how Crystal Lagoons concept and technology, patented worldwide, has changed the real estate paradigm of “location, location, location”, becoming the world’s top amenity, and has consistently added premium values to real estate projects.

The multinational created and founded by forward thinking biochemist and businessman, Fernando Fischmann, has managed to create idyllic beaches with crystalline lagoons with state-of-the-art technology, in previously unimaginable places.

The U.S. multinational changes the landscape by creating a breathtaking turquoise water destination that can be enjoyed year-round.

Crystal Lagoons is an international innovation company, founded by scientist Fernando Fischmann, which has developed a patent-protected technology that allows the construction and maintenance of unlimited-size clear water lagoons at very low costs.
