On the first day of ULI’s 2015 Fall Meeting, Crystal Lagoons hosted a tour to the company’s North American Showroom.  U.S. CEO Uri Man and ten leading real estate developers took a private jet to see the company’s North American Showroom at the Resort at Diamante in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

The guests explored the 10-acre swimmable Crystal Lagoon that is the centerpiece of the luxury resort and surrounded by white sandy beaches, private cabanas, lounges and a swim-up bar. The lagoon is home to many family-friendly activities including kayaking, paddle-boarding and swimming.

“The Crystal Lagoon has opened up a new demographic for us. We used to be a primarily golf-centric sales organization. Now, we have family amenities that attract the full spectrum of luxury buyers whether golfers or not… Crystal Lagoons allowed us to market and sell to visitors that we could not appeal to previously,” said Ken Jowdy, CEO, Legacy Properties, LLC and owner of Diamante.

After a tour of the resort and lunch at the world-famous Dunes Club Restaurant, guests hopped on the plane back to San Francisco for the rest of the 2015 ULI Fall Meeting.

Crystal Lagoons Corp. is an international innovation company, founded by scientist Fernando Fischmann, which has developed a patent-protected technology that allows the construction and maintenance of unlimited-size crystal clear lagoons at very low costs.
