Chile’s Crystal Lagoons Corp., which opened its U.S. headquarters in Miami last year, has announced an expansion of its U.S. sales team.
The corporation named Walter Hall and Gregory Ulmer as executive directors of sales and Sebastian Mariotti as business development manager.
They team works with Kevin P. Morgan, chief executive officer of Crystal Lagoons USA.
Hall is responsible for sales efforts in the United States and Middle East, with a focus on the resort and hospitality industry. He has more than 20 years of experience in luxury mixed-use developments.
Most recently, he was a partner at Resort Ventures LLC, a firm specializing in luxury resort development and distressed property re-positioning. He also worked at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Co. and The Ritz-Carlton Residences, helping secure more than $10 billion in luxury residential sales. He began his career with The Walt Disney Co., where he contributed to the launch of The Disney Vacation Club.
Hall holds a business administration degree from the University of Central Florida.
Crystal Lagoons Corp. is an international innovation company, founded by scientist Fernando Fischmann, that has developed and patented technology that allows for the low-cost construction and maintenance of unlimited size bodies of water in crystal-clear condition.
