Business Journal spotlights Crystal Lagoons’ ongoing expansion in the U.S.

The prestigious financial publication “Business Journal” has recently highlighted Crystal Lagoons’ ongoing expansion within the U.S. with new projects for Dallas.

The article pinpoints that the multinational company based in Miami is currently involved in 35 projects in different development stages in at least five states within the U.S. The first crystal clear lagoon designed by the company in the United States is slated for delivery in June 2016 in Tampa, Florida.

Business Journal reports that Crystal Lagoons is about to land in Dallas with its first project for Texas. Dallas developer Ken Donahue has approach Crystal Lagoons to evaluate the development of a massive crystal clear lagoon within a US$ 1 billion resort project that will be located at the banks of Lake Ray Hubbard.

In Donahue’s project Crystal Lagoons would develop a 5.5-acre lagoon that will be the main attraction of the development which it is expected to be branded as “Bayside”.

It is worth mentioning that the first lagoon of the firm at the San Alfonso del Mar on Chile’s Pacific Coast won the Guinness Book of World Record in 2007 for the world’s largest lagoon. It is 3,300 feet long.

With more than 300 projects in different development stages in more than 60 countries, the company currently develops massive lagoons at the Sharm El Sheik resort in Egypt and the Dream City development in Prune India. It has already built large lagoons at the Dead Sea resort in Jordan as well as resorts and developments in Mexico, Indonesia, Thailand, Peru, Saudi Arabia and Brazil.

Crystal Lagoons Corp. is an international innovation company, founded by scientist Fernando Fischmann, which has developed a patent-protected technology that allows the construction and maintenance of unlimited-size crystal clear lagoons at very low costs.
