Brazilian media highlights Crystal Lagoons case studies at Babson College and the MIT

The renowned Brazilian newspaper “Agora Mato Grosso” has recently published that Crystal Lagoons will serve as case study for Babson College and The Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), the US’ most prestigious economic schools, as well as some of the world’s most iconic multinational companies such as Apple, Coca-Cola and Walmart.

The publication highlights that the interest triggered by Crystal Lagoons on some of the world’s most important academic and research centers is so great that one of the main names in innovations globally, Mr. Jay Rao, is the person in charge of leading the research case about the company at Babson titled “Crystal Lagoons: Innovation & Growth” and that focuses on exportation model of the company’s technological innovation that is licensed-protected over 160 countries and Crystal Lagoons’ business strategy of global reach.

“Crystal Lagoons is an example of successful globalization in the business world. Its disruptive technology- that makes possible the construction of gigantic crystal clear lagoons of limitless size anywhere in the world-, has caused a revolution in the real estate market worldwide and it represents a differentiating feature and an unparallel advantage in terms of competiveness for developers and their projects. What makes it outstanding is that it keeps innovating”. This is how the Babson College’s scholars explain Crystal Lagoons’ phenomenon, which will be brought to the American classrooms as part of the advance innovation program of this university.

It is such the interest that Crystal Lagoons has raised in the most prestigious academic and scientific research centers worldwide, that the world’s main referent in terms of innovation, Jay Rao, is the person that leads the Babson’s research project “Crystal Lagoons: Innovation & Growth” about the exportation model of this technological innovation, patent-licensed in 160 countries, and its scalable business design worldwide.

Babson College is not the only academic institution that has approached Crystal Lagoons’ outstanding globalization story. The Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), as part of its MIT GoLab program, is developing a case study about this multinational company taking into consideration the exportation value of Crystal Lagoons’ unique concept, which will become part of the MIT’s Executive MBA (EMBA).

It is worth mentioning that Crystal Lagoons’ chairman and founder, Fernando Fischmann, has been invited as speaker to the US’ main academic centers, such as Harvard University, The MIT, Babson College, University of California Berkeley, among others.

Apart from that, he is part of the main scientific research centers of the world, such as Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft from Germany, in which he currently is a board director.
