Crystal Lagoons Baia Kristal project opens its doors breaking sales records in Colombia

One of the projects that reflects the impact of Crystal Lagoons in Colombia is Baia Kristal, located in Cartagena de Indias, the quintessential tourist city of the coffee country, which has already opened its doors. Its main feature, an impressive 3.2-hectare crystalline lagoon and white sandy beaches with Crystal Lagoons® technology has positioned it as a sales leader since its launch, becoming a benchmark in real estate investments in Colombia and the Caribbean. Although initially planned for a three-year sales period, it managed to sell out in just one year.

The unprecedented commercial dynamism of this project developed by Crystal Lagoons in association with AED demonstrates that crystalline lagoons are successful anywhere in the world, both in tourist destinations and in coastal cities like Cartagena de Indias.

It was the success of Baia Kristal, Crystal Lagoons first real estate complex in the country, prompted to AED to sign a master agreement with Crystal Lagoons to develop projects in Barranquilla, Santa Marta, Pereira and Cartagena de Indias.

It is worth noting that the success of Baia Kristal was the determining factor that drove AED to finalize a master agreement with Crystal Lagoons to develop 13 projects with crystal-clear lagoons that will boost the Colombian Caribbean and the coffee region, including cities such as Barranquilla, Santa Marta, Pereira, and Cartagena de Indias.
