Crystal Lagoons, a multinational innovation company that is disrupting the world’s markets in areas such as real estate, public spaces and industrial applications, known for creating the world’s top amenity, has partnered with Bayside Land Partners to create the first Crystal Lagoon in Texas as part of “Bayside,” a luxury mixed-use development in Rowlett, Texas, 15 miles east of downtown Dallas, which will break ground on April 26th.
“We look forward to bringing Crystal Lagoons to Texas in partnership with Bayside Land Partners,” said Crystal Lagoons U.S. CEO Uri Man. “Texas is one of the most important markets for us, and we are opening an office in the Lone Star State in order to serve the demand we have seen from the real estate community here. In Texas Bigger is Better and the World’s Top Amenity will be the centerpiece of several master planned communities in Houston, Austin and Galveston.”
The Bayside Crystal Lagoon will be the 12th in the U.S., joining the company’s portfolio of more than 300 lagoons worldwide. An additional 42 lagoons are under negotiations in the U.S. with a total valuation of almost $54 billion. Upcoming announcements are planned for Nevada, California, Arizona Hawaii, North Carolina, Georgia, Michigan and more.
Crystal Lagoons is an international innovation company, founded by scientist Fernando Fischmann, which has developed a patent-protected technology that allows the construction and maintenance of unlimited-size crystal clear lagoons at very low costs.
