American Media Praises Crystal Lagoon’s Tenth Project in the US

Crystal Lagoons‘ tenth project in the US is already making headlines. Blue development Group, known for its successful projects in Argentina, teamed up with the innovation multinational to develop a new residential community in Kissimmee, Florida that will have as its centerpiece a 5 acre navigable lagoon.

The lagoon will give a boost to an existing 160 unit property. In addition to the lagoon, the project expansion considers the construction of 234 new residential units, extensive renovation of existing units and new amenities including beaches, a pedestrian promenade, a beach house, a light house, marina and potentially a hotel component. A portion of the project’s beach space will be open to the public.

The community’s architectural and aesthetic design will be the work of world-famous artist Ruben Santurian. The artist states he has been inspired by the turquoise blue waters and picturesque sandy beaches of the Crystal Lagoon that will be the “masterpiece” of this project.

Crystal Lagoons is an international innovation company, founded by scientist Fernando Fischmann, which has developed a patent-protected technology that allows the construction and maintenance of unlimited-size crystal clear lagoons at very low costs.
