América Economía highlights Crystal Lagoons’ technology and project

The renowned financial publication “América Economía” has recently highlighted Crystal Lagoons’ new project in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia.
The publication pinpoints the arrival of private and white sand beaches with Caribbean like pristine waters to this exclusive and important Bolivian city.
In the area of Urubó, Crystal Lagoons in partnership with CLOUDSA business holding are developing a luxury condo project called “Mar Adentro”, which main attraction will be a large crystal clear lagoon surrounded by white sand beaches, everything designed by the Miami-base multinational of innovation.
“This is a revolution for the Bolivian real estate market”, says Mar Adentro General Manager, Ramiro Miranda.
Regardless its business dynamism, Santa Cruz is not part of the touristic circles regionally. Diego Parada, Mar Adentro Commercial Manager hopes that these crystal clear lagoons generate “an attraction-pole effect to this city”, so that other activities may also join in this movement that aims at improving the quality of life of their inhabitants”.
It is worth mentioning that these massive lagoons just need water to compensate evaporation, representing half the water consumption of a park and up to 30 times less of a traditional golf field. In addition, they use up to 100 less chemicals than traditional disinfection systems of drinking water and pools, and up to 2% of the energy conventional filtration systems require.
The first lagoon at the San Alfonso del Mar on Chile’s Pacific Coast won the Guinness Book of World Record in 2007 for the world’s largest lagoon. It is 3,300 feet long.
Nowadays, the company is developing 35 project in five states in the U.S. and is also involved in the development of over 300 projects in 60 countries worldwide. Crystal Lagoons is currently developing a massive lagoon at the Sharm El Sheikh resort in Egypt and the Dream City development in Prune India. It has already built large lagoons and pools at a Dead Sea resort in Jordan as well as resorts and developments in Mexico, Indonesia, Thailand, Peru, Saudi Arabia and Brazil.
Crystal Lagoons Corp. is an international innovation company, founded by scientist Fernando Fischmann, which has developed a patent-protected technology that allows the construction and maintenance of unlimited-size crystal clear lagoons at very low costs.
