New Crystal Lagoons project in Florida raises the interest of American media outlets
18 November, 2015 / NewsThe renowned American financial publication South Florida Business Journal has recently published a new article about Crystal Lagoons’ Sole Mia project, located in North Miami and being developed in partnership with LeFrak and Turnberry Associates.
Sole Mia, a $4 billion project in partnership with the LeFrak family in New York, it is on the 183-acre site in North Miami formerly known as Biscayne Landing. It would have two crystal-clear lagoons from Crystal Lagoons; plus 4,390 high-rise residences; a 150-room hotel; and more than 1 million square feet of commercial space, including open air retail.
Two 10-acre Crystal Lagoons will be located on one of the largest remaining undeveloped parcels in South Florida east of Biscayne Boulevard. The massive project will feature a dine-in movie theater and bowling in a pedestrian-friendly lifestyle center, 37 acres of community parks, upscale shopping and dining topped by commercial office space and a 150-key hotel above retail, as well as numerous world-class amenities.
